BEFORE Photos January 5, 2008
Here a ‘before’ shot taken on holiday (end of Dec 07) - I didn’t realise my friend was taking a picture of my whole body (I was hoping for a head shot) and well…. it was a shock when I saw myself! I found it very hard to post this photo but I think me seeing it will remind me of my goals and keep me focused! This is the photo that made me realise its time for action!!!
