“Big Fat” Forang - no more!!!

My Goals January 5, 2008

  • Starting Weight: 80kg
  • Goal Weight: 65 kg
  • Starting BMI: 30
  • Goal healthy BMI: 18.5-25 (from www.everybody.co.nz)

Aim – loose between 500g and 1kg per week.   If I loose on average 750g per week I will meet goal weight of 65kg by 31st May 2008! 

A breakdown of mini goals (see the ‘Rewards‘ page for details on rewards I will give myself when I reach these mini goals):

  • 80kg: 5th Jan 2008
  • 75kg: 25th Feb 2008
  • 70kg: 7th April 2008
  • 65kg: 31st May 2008

Note:  I haven’t been under 75kg in YEARS and I don’t remember when I was last 65kg (I am guessing when I was in my early teens)… it will be interesting to see the results!

Also - Apparently my ideal weight is just under 60kg…  I’m not so sure how ideal that weight is for me so I will reassess my goal once I reach 65kg because I want my goals to be realistic and I don’t want end up as a stick figure!!!
